I led the research and design of a pricing and availability system, a calendar-based pricing model that allows boat operators to define seasonal pricing and availability. The system simplified complex pricing rules into a clear, calendar-based interface, helping users understand and control how pricing behaves over operational year.

I led the redesign of GetMyBoat’s mobile apps, improving core management and navigation flows based on user feedback and behavioral data. The redesign significantly improved usability and contributed to an increase in App Store rating from 3.6 to 4.9.
