I led a complete revamp of GetMyBoat's mobile apps by analyzing data, defining scope, setting priorities, creating designs, and facilitating team brainstorming sessions. As a result, the iOS app rating improved from 3.6 to 4.9. In 2021, the App Store named us 'Best App of the Day.'
